France-Merrick Fellowship for undergraduate and graduate students at MICA to serve as ambassadors, strengthen partnerships with Baltimore-based community organizations, and mentor Community Site Leaders as part of the Community Art & Service program. The fellowship runs for a full academic year (≈120 hours per semester, 6–8 hours/week) with mandatory training, regular supervision, and monthly cohort meetings. Compensation includes a $1,500 per semester stipend (total $3,000) plus up to $1,000 for materials and a $300 budget for professional development.
