Full-time 16-week Data & Risk Operations (DARO) Junior Analyst/Internship based in Beijing, China. 40 hours/week with potential to extend or transition to a permanent role. Join StepStone’s Global DARO team supporting 24-hour operations across regions. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing quarterly reports, financial statements, and schedules of investments to extract data into the proprietary database, analyzing quarter-over-quarter fund performance, processing cash flow notices, and supporting ad hoc client projects. Must be able to work legally in China without visa sponsorship now or in the future. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, strong English communication, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset are required. Interviews conducted in English. Note: #LI-Hybrid.
