Analyst in Underwriting - Construction program at AIG Canada (Toronto) as part of the 2027 Early Careers program. This is an in-person role requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week. Responsibilities include evaluating and underwriting risks associated with commercial construction and infrastructure projects, reviewing project information and financial data to support risk selection, pricing, and coverage decisions, and partnering with underwriters, risk engineers, claims professionals, and other specialists to develop tailored insurance solutions. You will build relationships with brokers and clients, support new business and renewals, and develop knowledge of construction insurance and emerging risks through on-the-job experiences and instructor-led masterclasses.
