RSM is offering the Power Your Future: Elevate program for accounting students (2027 Elevate Program) and an Assurance Intern track in Chicago. Elevate includes a three-day leadership conference with travel and expenses covered by RSM, followed by year-long development experiences to strengthen skills in communication, collaboration, business acumen, executive presence, and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence. The Assurance Intern role involves tax-focused client engagements with travel to assigned client locations; compensation for the internship begins upon commencement of internship employment with RSM.
