RSM Elevate is an early-career program for accounting students, including a three-day leadership conference in January 2027 with travel expenses covered, followed by continued development experiences to build skills in communication, collaboration, business acumen and technology. The program also includes an Assurance Intern role focusing on tax-related work, with requirements including 90 credit hours completed and an accounting major; interns will travel to client locations. Compensation is provided for the internship beginning at internship start; Elevate participation itself is unpaid and travel for Elevate is covered.
