Power Your Future: Elevate is RSM’s premier early-career program for accounting students. It includes a three-day leadership conference (January 5–8, 2027) at a major RSM office with travel and expenses covered. After Elevate, there are continued development experiences designed to accelerate professional growth. The State and Local Tax Intern role involves working with clients on state and local tax engagements, including tax planning and research, understanding regulations, reviewing client tax processes to identify improvements, and assisting with evaluating sales/use tax software. Travel to assigned client locations is required. Participation in Elevate is voluntary and compensation for the internship begins only upon commencement of internship employment; Elevate-related travel and participation expenses are covered by RSM.
