RSM Elevate program and Summer 2028 Risk Consulting – Process Risk & Controls internship in Chicago. Elevate provides a three-day leadership conference (Jan 5–8, 2027) and year-long development for accounting students, followed by a Risk Consulting internship giving hands-on client experience on internal audits, SOX/compliance, and financial reporting controls. Interns work with a Performance Advisor, may travel to client locations, and gain exposure to multiple industries. Elevate travel and conference expenses are covered; internship compensation begins upon commencement. This role requires pursuing an accounting degree, with anticipated start dates Fall 2029/Winter 2030 and strong communication and teamwork skills.
