Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP) – Product Development Track. A 12- to 18-month entry-level rotational program across multiple engineering teams in the United States (most positions based in Peoria, IL; Mossville, IL location noted). Rotations include Product Design, Simulation/Performance Analysis (CFD/ANSYS, FEA), Test/Validation, Controls Development (Matlab/Simulink), Electronic Components, Embedded Software Development (C, C#, C++), Software Validation/Verification, Engineering Data Analytics, and Process Engineering. Requires ABET-accredited degree and minimum GPA of 3.0; relocation/travel as needed; in-person Monday–Friday; Sponsorship NOT available.
