Entry Level Field Service Representative rotation (3–4 years) with initial year of training across product exposure and customer service, including classroom, online, and hands-on training at locations such as San Diego, CA and Mabank, TX. After year one, a 3-year commitment at district offices as a Field Service Representative is required. A company vehicle is provided. Significant travel to customer facilities is required; relocation is available; onsite five days a week. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related engineering by summer 2026, 0-3 years of experience, and willingness to travel. Visa sponsorship not available. Summary pay range: $72,360 - $108,540 per year.
