The Fleet Engineer rotation program is a 3-year program. The first year will be spent in training focused on a broad exposure to Solar’s products and the Customer Service organization. After the training, the candidate must commit to spending 2 additional years at 1 of our U.S. district offices as a Fleet Engineer, with a company vehicle provided for travel. Training includes classroom, online, hands-on, and field assignments at multiple Solar locations including San Diego, CA and Mabank, TX.
