Provides technical support and leadership to assure the quality, durability, reliability and cost of engine components and sub-assemblies for Caterpillar Solar products within the Overhaul organization. Collaborates with Product Engineers and supports detailed part and sub-assembly manufacturing, part reconditioning and/or remanufacturing using standard techniques. Works with Turbotec Engineering and Solar Design Engineering across global overhaul facilities, delivering engineering instruction and round-the-clock technical support aligned with Lean Six Sigma to build quality units in a timely manner. On-site role in Desoto, TX with relocation available; visa sponsorship not available.
