Role is for a Summer Analyst in Front Office Development Engineering at AQR in Greenwich, CT. You will build or extend data ingestion and validation engines, the portfolio rebalancing and order generation platform, backtesters and related historical simulation tools, and scalable, AWS-based storage and computing infrastructure. You’ll work with researchers to implement research ideas and maintain a sophisticated production workflow. Proficiency in Python (primary language) and Java is required, along with knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and cloud-based architectures.
