The Hunter Douglas Global Management Trainee Program (GMT) is a 10-month leadership development program that places Trainees into a class to work on real projects across Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service. It combines onboarding, field rotations, leadership and methodology training, a four-month individual project, and a capstone presentation followed by placement into a full-time role. The role is hybrid with full mobility required, and relocation to one of the major US hubs (Atlanta, GA; Broomfield, CO; or Irvine, CA); a relocation stipend is provided for the four-month project.
