What You'll Do
Through a structured 30-month rotational program, you'll help solve complex business challenges where strategy, economics, operations, technology, and execution intersect. You'll work on high-priority initiatives that influence business decisions, drive transformation, and deliver measurable outcomes across the organization.
Conduct market, competitive, customer, financial, and operational analyses to identify insights and value drivers.
Break down complex business problems into structured workplans, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations.
Develop business cases, financial models, executive presentations, implementation plans, and value-tracking frameworks.
Support strategic and transformation initiatives from problem definition through execution and results measurement.
Assess investment opportunities through ROI, CAPEX, TCO, NPV, and related financial analyses.
Contribute to product, operational, and business transformation roadmaps.
Collaborate with teams across Finance, Operations, Technology, and other functions to deliver business outcomes.
Leverage data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to improve the quality, speed, and scalability of analysis.
Present evidence-based recommendations and insights to leaders and senior stakeholders.
Education & Eligibility
You graduated/will graduate between 2024 and August 2027 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with no more than a three-year gap between degrees.
You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding internships.
Core Capabilities & Technical Skills
Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business, financial, and operational challenges.
Experience developing business cases, financial models, or quantitative analyses through academic, internship, or extracurricular experiences.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready presentations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Query, or AI tools is an asset.
Strong business and financial acumen, including familiarity with investment analysis, value creation, and performance measurement concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
Comfort working through ambiguity, exercising sound judgment, and translating analysis into practical business actions.
Curiosity for strategy, technology, operations, telecommunications, infrastructure, and large-scale business transformation.
Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of creating impact through academic, professional, or community involvement.
