Paid 10-12-week summer Management & Sales Internship in Cedar Rapids, IA (Sherwin-Williams). In-store, hands-on experience across sales, marketing/promotions, merchandising, customer relationship management, and business management. Roles include customer service, sales support, inventory/merchandising, store operations, logistics, and team project work. Travel with a Sales Representative; after completion interns are encouraged to apply to the Management & Sales Training Program (MTP). College enrollment required; 18+; not open to college graduates; ability to retrieve items and lift up to 50-70 lbs; includes required training and compliance.
