Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship in Los Angeles is a paid, 10-12 week summer program in our retail stores offering hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations. The internship provides learning in sales, marketing/promotions, merchandising, customer relationship management, and business management. Interns may travel with a Sales Representative and complete a project addressing a real business issue; upon completion, interns are encouraged to apply to the Management & Sales Training Program (MTP). College graduates are not eligible. Must be enrolled in college and authorized to work in the U.S.; on-site internship in Los Angeles.
