Role involves structuring new credit, preparing client presentations and credit applications, supporting client and transaction development, and assisting with transaction execution. Conduct market/industry/client research and risk analysis; develop financial solutions including review of credit facility term sheets; prepare and recommend credit submissions; collaborate with Investment Banking and other product groups to develop cross-sell opportunities.
