Through immersive internship experiences, students gain meaningful exposure to the insurance industry, develop critical business and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that drive real business outcomes.  By combining hands-on experience, mentorship, and engagement with industry leaders, our program empowers emerging talent with the knowledge, confidence, and professional network needed to build successful careers and help shape the future of insurance.

What to Expect

Our Summer Internship positions are in Omaha, Nebraska and include:

An 11-week summer internship program

Standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

40 hours per week, beginning in late May and concluding in early August

Approximately 30 hours per week working within an assigned department

Approximately 10 hours per week dedicated to professional development opportunities, including:

Capstone Project

Job Shadowing

Business Skills Development

Networking and leadership experiences
