We are Reckitt

Home to the world's best loved and trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. Our purpose defines why we exist: to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are a global team united by this purpose.

Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.

With complete involvement from day one, you’ll be part of the team that helps deliver our trusted brands to millions of consumers every day. During this immersive 10-week summer internship program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Reckitt’s fast-paced Supply organization, supporting the operations behind brands like Lysol, Mucinex, Airborne, Durex, KY, Neuriva, and more.

You’ll take ownership of meaningful projects from the start, working alongside cross-functional teams in areas such as Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Supply Chain. Whether optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, supporting product launches, or helping solve real-time supply challenges, you’ll play a direct role in keeping our business moving.

The focus of the program is learning through doing, with the support and mentorship of experienced leaders and teammates who will help you grow your skills and expand your business acumen. Every project is designed to give you exposure to the scale, complexity, and impact of a global supply organization.

The internship program will begin on June 2nd and end on August 12th and will be located at Reckitt’s North America Headquarters in Nutley, New Jersey.

You’ll succeed because…

…you’re curious by nature. You’ve a passion for marketing with a strong academic background. You’re ambitious and motivated, hungry to take responsibility in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. You’re also action-oriented, a pragmatic problem solver, and share our drive to succeed. Even when faced with obstacles.

You’ll love it because…

…you’ll get to make an impact like never before. You’ll be responsible for your own projects - we can’t wait to listen to your ideas. The products you help us get out of there will make people’s lives better. Our iconic brands will provide an incredible platform for you. And our dynamic, ownership-driven culture will help bring the very best out of you, every day.
