The Aberdeen IronBirds are offering an unpaid internship for college credit. Interns will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the organization, including game-day operations, marketing and promotions, ticketing, customer service, community engagement, and event execution, during the MLB Draft League season in Aberdeen, MD. Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student seeking college credit; May–September dates with flexible start/end based on academic schedules; available for home games, events, and select office hours.
