The 10 Week Accelerate Internship Program consists of:

Learning the ins and outs of your department

Professional development workshops

Hear from our leaders to learn more about our business

Network with our senior leadership team

Visit our field operations to learn how your team influences our daily operations

What you’ll do:

Support the design and implementation of key initiatives throughout the talent and performance processes

Develop resources and benchmarking best practices

Assist in the development and facilitation of learning and development programs

Support key inclusion initiatives

What we’re looking for:

Ability to work 40 hours a week

Active enrollment at college/university

Student completing their junior year working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field

Skills you should bring to the table:

Excellent analytical ability and great attention to detail

Highly familiar with project management principles. Comfortable with developing and executing a project plan.

Ability and desire to manage change and own communication between stakeholders

An enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills

Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency

Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team

Proficient MS Excel and intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills

AI experience is a plus

The hourly rate for this position is $30 an hour.
