*Expected Starting Pay Range $53,705.60 - $67,142.40 *Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Provide assistance to departmental leaders and staff to support execution of projects. Assist with special projects (i.e. analysis of operational data, etc.) as needed. Develop ability to implement and manage projects; develop knowledge of the principles and concepts of project management including understanding of relevant project management tools. Establish project goals; calculate project time, resource, and staff requirements; create project timelines and milestones; identify the appropriate project staff to accomplish objectives efficiently and effectively.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Participate in improving organizational performance through recommending areas or approaches for improvement activities, performing new procedures, collecting data and providing input to department discussions.
COMMUNICATION: Effective verbal, written and/or interpersonal communication skills. Effective writing, editing and related computer skills.
DEPARTMENTAL SUPPORT: Understand departmental strategic objectives and priorities and provide analysis and recommendations as requested. Provide ad hoc financial, operational and quality improvement analyses. Assist department with preparation of presentations and final reports. Participate in establishing job requirements and goals; perform duties at the desired level of competency.
RESEARCH: Conduct literature searches, topical and best practice research as requested. Summarize and present findings. Provide assistance in the research of new business opportunities and processes including pro-forma budgeting and proposal formation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree OR Master's Degree OR enrolled in a program requiring a one year residency/fellowship
