Advanced Nursing Extern will provide patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The extern's duties are limited to the scope of practice of unlicensed health care providers acting under a licensed nurse, and include supporting the Nursing department with selected technical skills, data collection, and lab specimen collection; additional duties may be assigned within scope.
