A 6-month Agri-Business Operations Management Trainee program (June cohort) designed to develop future leaders through rotational exposure across Live Operations, Processing Operations, Sales, HR, Accounting, IT, Transportation, Procurement, and other support departments, followed by a capstone project. The program includes hands-on training, leadership workshops, and weekly/monthly reporting, with post-program placement in available roles within the agribusiness function. Travel to facilities throughout the program is required (DE & NC). Program benefits include competitive compensation, exposure to senior leadership, and opportunities for full-time employment upon successful completion. Two cohorts are offered annually (January and June).
