We’re looking for a curious, hands-on AI CX/UX Research intern to support the transformation of our in-house design agency as part of our Zurich AI Lab. You’ll help test AI tools, document simple workflows, and assist with UX and CX research and design tasks. This role is about learning by doing, with close guidance from senior team members.
