AI Intern - Office of CEO & Head of Product

Location: New York, NY Department: Product

Location: In-Person (New York, NY)

Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour

Commitment: 15-20 hours/week

Position Overview

At Eulerity, we are building the future of AI-driven marketing automation. To scale our technology, we need to scale our team with top-tier talent. We are looking for a highly analytical, deeply curious intern with a true builder mentality to join us in our New York office.

This is not a traditional internship. This role is designed as a training ground for future Product Managers. You will treat our recruiting pipeline and internal operations like a product—analyzing the data, identifying bottlenecks, testing solutions, and optimizing the "user" (candidate) experience. You will work closely with leadership to recruit the best talent while learning how to build, ship, and scale processes from the ground up.

What You Will Build & Manage

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruiting Pipeline

Hunt for Talent: Proactively source passive candidates across technical and business roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative networks.

Manage the "User Journey": Treat the candidate experience like a product flow. Coordinate interviews, manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure every touchpoint is seamless and reflects Eulerity's brand.

2. Analytics & Process Optimization

Funnel Analysis: Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, drop-off rates, source effectiveness) to figure out where our hiring process is succeeding or failing.

Data-Driven Solutions: Build dashboards and reports to present to leadership, using data to advocate for changes in how we evaluate, interview, and close candidates.

Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive research on compensation, benefits, and market trends to ensure our offers remain highly competitive.

Who You Are

The Builder Mentality: You do not wait to be told what to do. You see broken processes and immediately want to design a system to fix them.

Future Product Manager: You have a deep interest in technology, product development, and business strategy. You want to learn how to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Highly Analytical: You make decisions based on data. You are comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables) and are eager to learn how to model data effectively.

Exceptional Communicator: You can context-switch seamlessly between pitching a candidate on Eulerity's vision and presenting a data-backed recommendation to our executive team.

Commitment: You are ready to dive in full-time (40 hours/week) this summer in our NYC office, with the bandwidth to continue on a part-time basis once the academic year begins.

Why Eulerity?

Real Mentorship: You will be directly mentored by leadership and gain a front-row seat to how a high-growth AI startup operates.

PM Training Ground: The analytical and operational skills you learn here—identifying problems, analyzing data, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions—are the exact skills required to succeed in Product Management.

Immediate Impact: You will not be fetching coffee. The people you recruit and the systems you build will directly impact our company's success.

Logistics

15-20 hours per week, flexible schedule.
