The role supports third-party due diligences for activities in France and worldwide, including due diligences on clients, suppliers, partners, and affiliates; third-party evaluations; controls related to beneficial ownership, reputational risk, and politically exposed persons; monitoring tool parameterization; development of AI in operational processes; and ongoing legal watch (regulatory updates, jurisprudence).
