Curious mindset, problem solving, and ability to quickly apply back into your work

Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new things and help others

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Self-motivated, with initiative and persistence in achieving success

Strong interpersonal skills and confident communication with stakeholders

What is the experience?

As an apprentice, you'll join with other apprentices in a cohort and go through experiences together, learning Boeing, aerospace, and core Assembly fundamentals. Additionally, managers and mentors will support progress through the personal skills roadmap, learning and demonstrating new skills through hands-on application with project teams.

During the apprenticeship duration, you will initially complete a highly rigorous and accelerated learning program tailored to develop foundational skills across manufacturing and assembly.
