Assistant Director, Rawlings Cornell Presidential Research Scholars and Fellowships

The Assistant Director of Rawlings Cornell Presidential Research Scholars and National Fellowships will provide programmatic support for national fellowships and the Rawlings program through direct student advising and program management. The successful candidate will become the primary fellowships advisor for STEM-focused awards (e.g., Goldwater, Hertz, SMART, NSF REU, NSF-GRFP) and will develop resources for pursuing external STEM research opportunities. The Cornell RCPRS program provides financial support, personal growth, and professional development to ~200 undergraduate students via faculty-mentored research. Responsibilities include advising students on national fellowships and RCPRS processes, coordinating events, leading selection and orientation, collaborating with academic units and other offices, and supporting the Summer Experience Grant during the awarding phase.
