Rate of Pay: $15.50/hr

Number of Positions available: 12

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

Work operations at the Ice Hockey games during winter break

Assist with ticket sales

Assist the general public with ticket sales and credit card transactions

Assist with game night promotions

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be available to work shifts listed above

Customer Service Skills to assist general public

Basic computer knowledge

Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality and be able to relate to people of all ages

Reliability and confidentiality are important

Flexibility and the willingness to do a variety of tasks

Strong attention to detail, especially when taking orders and performing credit card transactions
