Audiology externship for a 4th-year audiology graduate student at Lahey Clinic. The extern participates in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology care for adults, under CCC-A supervision, performing electrophysiologic assessments (VEMP, EcochG, ABR), determining hearing aid candidacy and device benefit, and providing care to patients with implantable hearing technologies (cochlear implants, BAHA, Esteem). Responsibilities include ear mold impressions, programming amplification devices, cross-site coverage, collaboration with otolaryngology staff, patient education, and compliance with Lahey Clinic policies. Minimum qualifications: 4th-year Audiology graduate student.
