Training includes internal development toward a position as stellvertretende Marktleitung, learning about Warenwirtschaft—from ordering to correct shelf placement in-store—and customer service on the sales floor and at the till. Early admission to the Abschlussprüfung may be possible with good performance. 6 weeks of vacation per year.
