Dreieinhalbjährige Berufsausbildung mit Einsatz im Werk und Berufsschule, inklusive tarifgebundener Vergütung (NRW-Eisen- und Stahlindustrie). Nach der Ausbildung besteht die Chance auf Weiterbildung zum Meister:in oder Techniker:in oder ein Studium. Während der Ausbildung attraktive Vergütung gemäß Tarifvertrag (Stand 01.01.2026): 1.196,45 € im ersten Ausbildungsjahr, 1.251,45 € im zweiten Ausbildungsjahr, 1.334,45 € im dritten Ausbildungsjahr, 1.440,45 € im vierten Ausbildungsjahr.
