Role: Behavior Technician (BT) at Pediatrics Plus in North Little Rock, AR. You will deliver direct behavior analytic services under supervision of a BCBA, following plans created by the BCBA. Responsibilities include implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan, daily data collection, entering data and updating graphs, reporting data to the supervising BCBA, assisting with observational assessments, preparing materials, implementing teaching procedures, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.
