Auto Damage Trainee (Field) in State College, PA. Not remote; field-based role requiring work in the territory. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. Starting pay is $25.95 per hour ($52,275 annually) with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates. Trainee program includes 3 weeks at the Ashburn, VA facility and 2 weeks in a field training center (NY, TX, CA). GEICO Fleet vehicle assigned to State College, PA area.
