Field Auto Damage Trainee based in Oklahoma City, OK. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers after an accident. Field Territory: Oklahoma City, OK area. This is not a remote role. GEICO’s paid trainee program includes 3 weeks of hands-on experience at the Ashburn, VA training facility and 2 weeks in a field training center (NY, TX, CA) with mentors. Starting salary is $25.95 per hour ($52,275 annually) with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates, plus comprehensive benefits (health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, tuition assistance) and ongoing professional growth opportunities.
