A Technician Trainee will be trained to become a Safelite-certified auto glass technician through hands-on and classroom training. The program pays during training and offers advancement opportunities, culminating in Safelite SafeTech certification. Starting pay is $20.25/hour with potential to increase to $24.00/hour after training, plus a benefits package including 401(k), medical, PTO, holidays, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually.
