Technician Trainee will be trained to become a Safelite-certified Technician. The program includes hands-on and classroom training, observing and assisting in auto glass installation and repair, recalibrating automotive safety systems, and studying to pass the Safelite certification. You will be paid to learn; weekly pay starts at $20.25/hour and increases to $24/hour after training and certification. The role includes a benefits package, potential promotion after the first year, and tuition reimbursement. Requires 18+ years old and a valid state driver’s license; location Caledonia, MI.
