The role involves wet sanding and buffing panels to restore showroom shine, with 5 years of experience in paint chip repair, wet sanding and buffing in a body shop environment preferred. Starting pay is $21.00/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid vacation, and tuition reimbursement after 90 days. Tools and uniforms provided. On-the-job training and mentorship from Paint Techs, with opportunities to advance to Paint Tech or other tech roles. Regular hours at a fixed location.
