Bachelor of Arts Duales Studium BWL - Industrial Business Management (m/w/d)

Was dich erwartet:

Du erlangst tiefere Einblicke in die Abläufe und Strukturen von Weleda

In den Abteilungen Marketing und Vertrieb hilfst du bei der Analyse von Marktdaten und Käuferverhalten

Du lernst den Personalbereich kennen und hilfst bei der Organisation von Azubi-Events, Seminaren oder der Onboarding-Days mit

In der Materialwirtschaft prüfst du, welche Rohstoffe auf dem Markt verfügbar sind

Im Bereich des Controllings lernst du die Ermittlung und die graphische Darstellung von Kennzahlen und Kosten

Was du mitbringst:

Allgemeine/fachgebundene Hochschulreife oder Fachhochschulreife mit bestandener Eignungsprüfung der DHBW

Interesse an der Kultur und den Grundwerten der Weleda

Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise

Kreative, logische und innovative Denkweise
