Bachelor/Master thesis in decentralized & mobile hydrogen technology at Fraunhofer IMM Mainz. Topics include experimental characterization of reactors and plants for reforming; hydrogen generation for fuel cells; mass and heat transfer processes and process control/monitoring; fluidic and process engineering simulation of energy technologies; sustainability analyses; development of catalysts for reforming/cracking processes; reactor design for reforming plants; automation and electrical equipment of process installations. The position is limited to the duration of the processing time, with at least three months, and no remuneration. Flexible scheduling and access to modern IT and lab infrastructure, plus cross-disciplinary exchange with other students.
