Under the supervision of the Group Leader of Real Estate Assessment, the Junior Consultant Engineer in special MEP techniques (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) will perform site visits and technical inspections of existing buildings; contribute to technical risk analyses in real estate transactions (technical due diligence); monitor the proper execution of special techniques on site; assist project managers with expert and advisory missions; draft inspection and expertise reports; progressively develop technical expertise and understanding of buildings and installations; collaborate with team members and maintain contacts with clients and project stakeholders. The position is based in Kraainem, Belgium, with a permanent full-time contract and the possibility of two days of remote work per week after the training period.
