Branch Manager Trainee position in Prescott, AZ. Leads and manages branch operations, deposits and investments growth, and team coaching. Requires 2+ years of management or retail banking leadership experience, high school degree (GED or foreign equivalent), and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Completion of the Branch Manager Training Program is required before placement as a Branch Manager; travel for in-person training and meetings may be required (some travel may be out-of-state).
