Stagecoach Walkergate is hiring a Bus Driver: Trainee Bus Driver (Apprenticeship). Fully paid training to gain a PCV licence through a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship at Walkergate depot. Training lasts 6–8 weeks with pay £13.14/hour; pay rises to £13.64/hour after training and to £15.76/hour after 1 year. Annual earnings around £26,243 after completion, rising to £30,322 after 1 year. Early, middle, and late shift patterns. Includes progression opportunities within Stagecoach and benefits such as pension and free travel. You must be 18+, hold a UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points, and have the right to work in the UK.
