Business Development Intern

Internship in Business Development based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities include supporting business operations to strengthen customer relations, facilitating cooperation with key account merchants or institutions, conducting market research (store inspections, market dynamics, user research), arranging on-site material deployment, and communicating product updates with partners (merchants, banks, fintechs, government, and companies). Also, explore collaborations within the WeChat ecosystem (e.g., university clubs, commercial areas) to execute user community marketing penetration and perform research and analysis. Requirements include excellent bilingual Chinese and English communication, strong project management and execution capabilities, self-motivation, familiarity with the WeChat and WeChat Pay ecosystem, understanding of payment industry operations, and preferably experience in industry operations, merchant operations, or channel management.
