Internship – 6 months in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland, starting August 17 or September 1, 2026. The Business Performance Intern will support business planning, forecasting, performance reporting and data analysis within an international luxury environment, collaborating with HQ and regional teams. Responsibilities include preparing monthly forecasting cycles, budgets and strategic plans, data validation, planning templates and trackers; performing first-level variance analyses and creating charts and data visualizations for leadership; maintaining and improving reporting tools and dashboards, testing new reports in Looker, and identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar; strong data analysis skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of BI tools Looker, Power BI and Tableau is a plus; fluency in English and French.
