Capital Group Rotational Program - Client & Product Track Associate - US - Los Angeles
The Client & Product Track consists of three rotational assignments completed over two years, providing exposure to teams responsible for delivering investment solutions, engaging clients, and supporting business growth. Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as:
Sales & Relationship Management: Support client engagement, business development, relationship management, and client service initiatives.
Business Management: Contribute to strategic planning, business operations, organizational effectiveness, and execution of key priorities.
Product Strategy: Support product positioning, competitive analysis, market insights, and long-term product strategy.
Marketing: Contribute to marketing campaigns, client communications, content development, events, and brand initiatives.
Insights & Analytics: Leverage research, business intelligence, and data analysis to support decision-making and business outcomes.
Sales Enablement & Client Support: Help develop the tools, resources, processes, and capabilities that enable teams to serve clients effectively.
Additional Client & Product Functions: Gain exposure to other teams that contribute to client engagement, product development, and business growth across Capital Group.
Across rotations, associates may contribute to strategic initiatives, conduct market, product, and client research, analyze business trends and insights, develop recommendations for stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to support client outcomes and business growth. In addition to on-the-job learning, associates participate in Capital Group's Core Skills Academy, a shared development experience that includes professional skills training, business acumen development, networking opportunities, leadership exposure, and career development resources
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are relationship-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and excited to help connect Capital Group's investment capabilities with clients and drive business growth. Successful candidates demonstrate:
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
Intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and commitment to continuous development
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, build relationships, and influence outcomes
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Initiative, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
A client-focused mindset and passion for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional experiences
Comfort working with data, analyzing information, and translating insights into recommendations and action
Experience applying analytical, quantitative, leadership, or business skills through coursework, projects, internships, research, or extracurricular activities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and interest in emerging technologies
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
