Responsible for drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials; requires 2+ years of real estate lending and/or capital markets experience. Base salary range is $235,000 to $310,000 per year; eligible for additional compensation such as annual and discretionary bonuses; benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off; relocation may be available.
