Under supervision of a Sous Chef, oversees preparation, sanitation and monitoring of cooked foods for the Blackwell operation servicing the Blackwell Inn, conference center, and Rohr Cafe; coordinates a team of full-time and student staff, creates station diagrams, writes prep lists, assists with menu development and plating design, and trains others on standard kitchen equipment. Must work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation; 40 scheduled hours; location: Blackwell Inn, Columbus.
