The Claims Adjuster Trainee will complete a series of self-study courses, classroom training, and on-the-job training to prepare for promotion to an Adjuster Level 1 position. The role also requires obtaining and maintaining the Georgia Resident Adjuster Property and Casualty license. Responsibilities include investigating, reserving, negotiating, and settling assigned property and casualty claims within provided authority, ensuring all claims are resolved timely and fairly in accordance with the policy contract. The trainee will work with minimal authority under direct supervision, with potential advancement upon licensing and successful completion of training.
